The FACT Program, serving children ages 5–17, teaches new skills, builds on strengths, and promotes healthy coping of mental health symptoms.
Case management services provide support, address daily living skills, and link families with community resources.
Reintegration services provide monitoring, skills building, and supportive case management to help youth transition back into their home or community.

Counseling for children involved with the juvenile justice system who are victims of crimes. Services also include crisis intervention, advocacy, and
linkage to resources.
